Broad Exchange Building
With over 100 years of history, the Broad Exchange Building was reintroduced as a residential icon at the intersection of heritage and modern Manhattan life. Through branding that echoed its Beaux-Arts architecture with expressive illustration, photography, and bold typography, the project captured the momentum of the Financial District while honoring the building’s storied past.

Kashi
Kashi set out to make a statement about the challenges farmers face in becoming an organic farm, launching its Certified Transitional program to help farmers bridge the difficult three-year path to organic certification. At several locations, Kashi stationed a towering "<1%” sculpture that sparked conversation and educated consumers on how they can support these farmers.

MGM / Love Out Loud
MGM Resorts’ Pride campaign celebrated universal love and self-expression, encouraging people from all walks of life to express themselves openly and joyfully. Through a bold, customizable heart-based graphic system that burst with color and Pride flags, the work became an intentionally loud outpouring of love designed to encourage inclusion and welcome all to Las Vegas as a safe place to love, out loud.

Baha Mar
Baha Mar arrived as the largest resort destination in the Caribbean, ushering in a new era of island luxury inspired by the world’s most glamorous playgrounds. Through modern vintage art direction, vibrant color, and Riviera-inspired storytelling, the branding introduced Baha Mar as “The New Riviera,” a destination of timeless glamour, international intrigue, and larger-than-life excitement.

88 Bluxome
88 Bluxome was introduced as a best-in-class headquarters in San Francisco’s SoMa district, designed as a launchpad for innovation while honoring the neighborhood’s diversity and inclusivity. Through branding that expressed a continuous flow of energy inspired by its dual-building architecture, the project positioned 88 Bluxome as a magnet for people, ideas, and enterprise.
